Actually, it overclocks very well!
With a simple Swiftech water cooling rig, i'm currently running mine 24/7 at 3.6GHz, not getting over 45-deg C with both cores occupied 100% on video-encoding tasks. i'm using an Asus P5LD2 MB, and i've cranked the core and memory voltages a bit (Corsair memory is running 1:1 with the FSB), but... Intel Pentium D 820 2.8GHz Processor
Very Fast running MSN and Yahoo! and a webcam and an audio conversation and 4 IE windows on XP SP2 only takes 30% of the first core and 15% of the second core.
Anyway, this is a very hot processor and when I ran it with its original fan on a ASUS P5LD2 deluxe mobo inside a standard antec...
