Pros PERFORMANCE, NCQ, 10k RPM, 16 MB Cache ... it's fast!
Cons EXPENSIVE, SATA/150 "only", (window will be hidden inside computer)

Raptors may have been extinct for millions of years but their latest resurrection by Western Digital certainly caused a minor uproar. Pros LaCie standard of rugged durability and good looks.
Cons Too much information could be lost if it does break.
Recommended it? Yes

A tough hard drive that can withstand shocks and drops has become a very desirable item over the last few years. I guess this is because too many people have seen a hard drive fall over, die and... Hundreds of gigs that you were just getting round to backing up have disappeared for ever.
