Is the 7200RPM Laptop hard drive FASTER than its 5400RPM Counter Part?

Pros Good storage size 100GB, reasonably quiet, reasonable speed, and performance, low heat...
Cons Not much faster than its 5400RPM. Still can't compare to dekstop SATA drives...
Recommended it? Yes
